The Duct Sonde 33 for Leica DD Utility Locator is a compact, battery-powered that is used to identify drains, sewers, and non-conductive utilities. It features a 33-kilohertz frequency that offers a detection range of up to 16 feet (5 m). This Leica duct sonde features a 3/4 Whitworth Standard male and female thread connection for easy rod attachment. Also, it works with the DD100 Series or the DD200 Series locators.

This Duct Sonde 33 is fully submersible that allows complete protection from harsh elements. It utilizes one AAA alkaline battery that operates up to 15 hours of intermittent use at 68 °F. As an additional feature, this Leica sonde only weighs 13 ounces and has a size of 12” L x 0.95” Diameter.
