You're going to like shopping with TigerSupplies.com. It's just like ordering from a catalog, only easier. Ordering is as secure as it is easy. Most people never need help, but if you do, step-by-step instructions are only a click away.
Your convenience is important to us. If you find our Shopping Cart to be easy, please fill it out. If you'd rather send a personal letter, we ask that you specify the number of each item you're purchasing, its item number, name, size, color. Be sure to tell us your daytime phone number, too, in case we have any questions.
We'll gladly accept a credit card payment if you'll write the card number and its expiration date. Of course you may pay by check, money order if that's your preference.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All orders placed via this website are secure. This means that your credit card number and all other sensitive information will be protected by encryption.
We also accept checks or money orders. There will be a $25.00 service charge on returned checks. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders from first-time customers.
Overseas customers please note: The most convenient method of payment for foreign orders is by credit card, since the exchange rate is automatically calculated at the best available rate of exchange.

In order to protect you from credit card fraud or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping. All orders may require a 24-48 hour period of time for normal verification purposes. If we can't verify the correct information, there will be a considerable delay in the processing of your order. We will notify you by phone or email if that should be the case.
All orders placed with a credit card, must submit the billing address of the credit card (where you receive your monthly credit card statements).
If the billing address is a P.O. Box we will require shipping to your residence or business address and that address must be listed with directory assistance.
If you need to ship to an alternative address, the shipping address must be listed with a yellow pages directory assistance, such as www.superpages.com.
In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping. Since we will not ship without this verification, please avoid delays in the processing of your order by submitting complete information.
All International orders must ship their orders to the billing address of the credit card (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent).
If you need an alternative address, call the toll-free number on your credit card. Ask the issuer to create an alternate shipping address, which is simply a note on your credit card account which authorizes purchase to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address.

International orders do not apply APO/AFO military addresses, Puerto Rico, all other US territories, or Canada.
We collect state sales tax when shipping to the state of New Jersey.
All International orders may subject to import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination. Tiger Supplies is not responsible nor can we offer any specific advice on fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives.
We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs.
We recommend that you contact the appropriate government agency for your country/locale before placing your order and ask for information about these potential charges, so you know in advance what your total charges will be.
For the vast majority of our products, we offer a 30 day return policy. You can choose either an exchange or refund of the purchase price less the the shipping costs. We do generally charge a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 20%. Please refer to the individual product Warranty/Returns tab for the return policy of your particular product.
Exclusions - We do not accept returns on:
- Electronics and Precision Equipment.
- Replacement parts for any reason other than an error on our part.
- Special Ordered items cannot be returned, nor cancelled from Order.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the order upon delivery, in which case the standard return policy for the item will apply, and we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund credit.
An RMA number is required on all returns.
All returns require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please request one by contacting Customer Support. Customer Support will then email return instructions to the email on file. No Credit will be given for items returned without an RMA number. If the return isn’t honored the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us beforehand if you have any questions.
How to make sure we can exchange or refund your item:
- Item must be returned in original packaging and in brand new condition.
- Please don’t assemble or modify a product before returning. Otherwise, we may not be able to provide a refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. We double-box many items, and we refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 10 days. We’re happy to send you replacements or parts as soon as possible. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item for a refund, subject to the standard return policy of the product.

As you know, Tiger Supplies buyers travel the world to find the best products at the lowest prices possible, and then stock our huge warehouse. That means you're going to see prices here at Tiger Supplies that nobody else can match.
Sometimes even our buyers are surprised at just how popular some of the products they've found are with professionals like you. And we examine every item as it's packed to make sure you'll be delighted when you unpack it. If we find a problem, we'll immediately pull the item.
So, as you can see, in very rare instances we will run out of stock, even while the item is marked "In Stock." On those rare occasions, our Customer Service Department will contact you. If you agree, we'll arrange for our suppliers to quickly re-supply us. You'll see your items marked as back ordered (or BO) on your invoice. We'll ship your items as soon as they arrive. We buy in quantity, and that means two things to you. We are able to offer our merchandise at substantial savings, and with the inventory in stock in our vast warehouse and mail order facilities, we can handle your entire commercial, corporate, government or educational order.

We package carefully so that your merchandise arrives ready to give you years of enjoyment. For your own protection do not sign for merchandise until you've inspected for damage.
If you've found damage or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact your local United Parcel Service office for a Damage Inspection Report. UPS will issue a Damage Call Tag. Contact our Customer Service Department with the Damage Call Tag number and we'll arrange for reorder or credit.
Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, because it will delay replacement of your order or the issuance of credit.

If the merchandise has already been shipped you'll have to pay all of the shipping and handling charges.
If we've specially ordered merchandise for you, it's non-cancelable.
By placing an order you're making an offer to purchase items from our catalog or web site. If we accept your offer, it will be ruled by the laws of the State of New Jersey, which will apply to this transaction as well as to any dispute that could arise.
Tiger Supplies has no idea what you'll do with anything we sell and can't project the fitness or merchantability of any item. (That's legalese for "Don't do anything stupid with these things, cause we can't be responsible. OK)? We'll be responsible for the refund or replacement of any non-functioning merchandise, but what happens when you use it is on you.
If you don't agree to these terms, then don't open the package. Send it back to us within five days by UPS Ground Service, and we'll give you a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling.
