Terrible Service!!!!!

I ordered two items online. The order was accepted and processed with no warning that both products were on back order. When they came in stock, they were not shipped immediately. I called a week later to inquire and was told - ""oh those haven't shipped yet, not sure why, I'll send them out"". No real apology and no offer to expedite. Another week goes by and the items come in and they are incorrect. We contacted customer service and they gladly took the items back but return shipping was not included. Terrible experience and I will never order from Tiger Supply again.
