Incomplete set arrived, no urgency in fixing

I will update this review once TigerSupplies provides me with the complete set. I purchased two sets and only one came with a carrying case. The other was just the foam inserts inside the cardboard box, rendering them useless since I can't easily carry them in the field. I called customer service and asked for a case weeks ago. Was told it would be handled, but here I sit. Right now I am dissatisfied.
