The Teufelberger Super Braid Plus Green Rigging Rope is an excellent double-braid line that is mainly used by arborists and foresters for rigging applications. High-Quality Material: This Teufelberger rigging rope is constructed with high-tenacity polyester core and covering, which is fully-coated with green-colored urethane, ensuring good abrasion resistance, added protection, and a strong overall strength against heavy loads. It has a standard diameter of 3/4", has a tensile strength of 19,600 lbs, and is designed to have a tighter braid than standard rigging ropes, effectively increasing durability and toughness.
It comes with an elongation of 0.8% at 10% WLL, an acceptable 249 C/480 F melting point, and has the ability to stay in its original shape. It comes with a certification for ANSI standards, making it a reliable utility, even for riggers that do not always use blocks and pulleys (false crotch above) or friction control devices.
Note: After several uses, the outer covering of Double-Braid Rigging Ropes may outstretch the core. If this happens, it is suggested to tie off one end of the rope, milk the cover to its opposite end, recut and melt.
