The Leica MSD1000 SD Memory Card is a ruggedized industrial secure digital memory card that keeps data safe under different circumstances. This one gigabyte of memory storage features gold coatings on the contact surfaces are much thicker than those of standard cards. It complies with higher industry standards and provides protection even when dropped and under extreme environmental conditions.
The Leica SD card features integrated RISC controllers which offer inbuilt error correction, automatic block management, power loss data protection and low power settings. Its special casing provides mechanical protection against bending and the power loss protection prevents data loss in the event of a sudden power failure. The MSD100 is compatible with Leica Builder total stations, GS10/GS15 Receivers, and CS10/CS15 Field Controllers.
