The Seco Hand Level External Vial is a 5" (127-mm) hand level that extends to 7" (178 mm). Most commonly used in rough leveling, this device is made for estimation and not precision. Grading contractors and land surveyors compare various points against a reference to get a relative level or distance.
With a typical accuracy of 1/4-inch per 20 feet, the Seco hand level features an external vial that is easily replaced in the field. It features a durable brass body that withstands harsh environments and non-glare internal finish for a hassle-free analysis. Its three-line mirrors and high-visibility neon yellow vials make it easy for surveyors to get a proper reading at 1X or 2X magnification.
The Seco level is easy to carry around with a weight of 0.3 lb (0.14 kg). It comes with a padded orange nylon Cordura case that protects the device from scratches and bumps.
