The Aervoe ToolMates Insulating Epoxy Coating (12-Pack) is a high-quality coating formulated to provide protection and insulation for exposed wires and electrical windings. Offering a dielectric strength of up to 3,900 volts per mil and Class F thermal resistance rating, it is ideal for insulating coils, frayed insulation, transformers, commutator ends, collector rings, and armatures. It has high arc resistance and allows motor heat expansion and contraction.

This insulating epoxy coating by Aervoe produces a tough, flexible finish that withstands oil, water, acids, and alkalis. It resists abrasion or wear and will not peel, chip, or become brittle ensuring long-lasting insulation. Its excellent adhesion and penetrating properties make it a perfect choice for industrial use. It air-dries in 15 minutes and hardens within an hour. Keep in mind that it should not be used on electrical equipment or machinery while operating.

The Aervoe ToolMates Insulating Epoxy Coating (12-Pack) is available in three color variations—black, clear, and red—to accommodate most insulating applications in manufacturing facilities. Sold by case, it includes 12 cans of 12.5-ounce epoxy coating and a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
