The Aervoe ToolMates Food Grade Lube Grease (12-Pack) is a non-melting, water-proof lubricating grease specifically formulated for use on chains, bearings, belts, valves, pistons, rollers, conveyors, and other machinery parts. Fortified with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), it forms a tough, durable lubrication film that prevents metal-to-metal contact. It is designed to seal out water and resist chemical attack to provide long-lasting, superior protection.

This lubricating grease by Aervoe meets NLGI (National Lubricating Grease Institute) Grade 2 and NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) H1 specifications making it ideal for industrial use in food processing and packaging facilities. It is compatible with most plastics and effectively functions at temperatures up to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. It offers a high dielectric strength of 30 kilovolts per millimeter to insulate electrical parts.

The Aervoe ToolMates Food Grade Lube Grease (12-Pack) has a load carrying capacity of 35 pounds based on Timken OK load test. It should be applied on unpainted surfaces for best result. On the other hand, it is not recommended for use on electrical equipment or machinery while in operation. It includes 12 cans of 11-ounce lubricating grease and a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
