Strong and flexible, the Rope Logic Tenex Eye Rigging Sling, or sometimes called a Dead-eye Sling, is a 12-strand single braid rope that is used by arborists and foresters as a tether for rigging devices. One end of the rope has an eye where the user can easily secure a block, portawrap or other device, and the other side is a running end for knotting. Offering high strength with low stretch and can resist a great amount of abrasion, this eye sling is a great tool for tree rigging or other industrial applications.
The Tenex Eye Sling is core-less and Samthane-coated, providing a more enhanced & balanced wear life, durability, and ease of splicing. This rope is made of sling-grade polyester and has a loosely woven, hollow construction. It has a tensile strength of up to 22,000 lbs, and has a working load limit of up to 2,200 lbs. making it a heavy-duty and versatile product.

Tenex Eye Slings that have 5/8" diameter has a specific tensile strength of 17000 lbs and a working load limit of 1,700 lbs, while the 3/4" eye slings have a maximum tensile strength of 22,000 lbs, and a 2,200 working load limit.
