The Rope Logic Stable Braid Rigging Sling  w/ Notch Aluminum Thimbles is a combination of a rigging rope and a two (2) heavy-duty thimbles, which is used by arborists and foresters as a versatile cordage tool for rigging applications. Strong & reliable, this rig-and-ring combo can be used for redirects, rigging points, and for reducing stress during the rigging process, adding safety for the arborist. The hole on the thimbles can be utilized to adjust the friction on the rigging line.

High-Quality Design: The Stable Braid rigging sling is made of 24-strand polyester material with a tightly woven outer jacket, which protects the load bearing inner core from abrasion. It has a tensile strength of 30,000 lbs., in basket configuration, has a standard diameter of 3/4", and a 5' working length, making it a reliable and versatile rope.

This device also features the two (2) Notch Rigging Thimbles, #2 (28mm x 20mm) and #3 (38mm x 28mm), which are both made from non-anodized, milled aluminum block, and are polished for durability. These thimbles have a wide rope groove to have a safe and secure anchoring, a tensile strength of 10,000 lbs to withstand heavy loads, and can accommodate a range of 1/2" D to 3/4" D sling ropes. They are expertly-spliced to the rigging sling for efficiency and ease of use.
