The Turf-Tec Spot On Sprayer Nozzle Calibrator is a lightweight, hand-held device used to accurately measure agricultural sprayer flow rate in as fast as 10 seconds per tip. With its quick and reliable calibration, it will be easier for the user to assess nozzle wear and be able to replace its tip once excess flow rates are detected. This Nozzle Calibrator can measure flow rates ranging from 0.02 - 2.25 GPM (gallons per minute), which are typical in insecticide and herbicide sprayers.

The device has two sensors, and automatically calculates and displays the result on its digital screen. Easy to Use and Efficient: The Spot On Calibrator works by placing it under the spray nozzle (positioned in a slight angle), and pressing the start button to initiate the calibration. It will start measuring the flow rate once the liquid reaches the first sensor, and stop when the second sensor is reached, instantly showing results on the screen. The instrument measures in gallons per minute, ounces per minute, or liters per minute, which can be manually configured before starting the procedure. 

The device can be operated with CR2032 coin cell batteries included in the package, which can last up to 3 years depending on how frequent the device is used. It has a standard dimension of 3" D x 8.75" H, and weighs only 0.6 lbs., making it a portable utility that users will appreciate.
