The Spiderjack 2.1 Ascender/Descender is a compact and lightweight mechanical split tail which is made from high-quality aluminum material, ensuring optimal performance in the field.  It has the same features and functions as the ART Lockjack Mechanical Split Tail but offers a longer lever, allowing for better control and smoother releasing of the working rope. It has an effortless slack-tending, and is more responsive during ascending and descending. It works well with 11mm - 13mm D ropes, and there is no need for separate clutches when used.

The ART Spiderjack 2.1 Mechanical Split-Tail Ascender/Descender comes in two variations that differ depending on their type. You can choose between the standard type, or the one with Dyneema Strap, that can accommodate an additional carabiner in your climbing setup.
