Please note that product failure caused by abuse or misuse is never covered under any program or warranty. Any repairs under warranty are processed through the normal warranty procedures, while all non-warranty repairs are invoiced to the customer at normal rates.

What is the Shipping Cost?

The shipping cost of the single slope laser to be repaired, and any no charge loaners, to and from Tiger Supplies is shouldered by the customer.
