Single-Eye Climbing Split Tail

The Rope Logic Single-Eye Split Tail is a great product that is commonly used by arborists and foresters in tree climbing and rigging applications. Together with the climbing rope, this replaceable split tail can be used to create a hitch, providing a more efficient and improved mobility during usage. 

If the climber needs to reposition or redirect the climbing line to other branches, a quick and safe unclipping of the spliced eye is done, while the split tail can remain tied throughout the climb, reducing the risk of dropping your lifeline. The friction during climbing is isolated to the split tail, and it can be replaced after wearing out after a few uses. This feature greatly preserves your rope, since there is no need to cut off or burn its end after usage.
