The Halder SIMPLEX Superplastic Sledge Hammer w/ Iron Housing & Wood Handle is a versatile-use hammer for both gardening and landscaping as well as carpenter’s work. Designed with white medium hard superplastic inserts on both sides, this hammer is durable and wear-resistant while still remaining gentle enough for garden work.

This Halder mallet also features a cast steel housing for extra robustness. The hickory handle adds a solid grip without adding extra weight to the hammer. This sledge mallet is perfect for curbstone setting and driving steel wedges. In addition, it can be used for constructing fences, scaffold and tent, among others.
