SIMPLEX Splitting Maul w/ Replaceable Nylon Face

The Halder SIMPLEX Splitting Maul combines the power of a splitting maul and a soft-face mallet in one. The splitting insert is made from high-grade carbon steel that is drop-forged and hardened with a turned nose. On the other hand, the white superplastic insert is medium hard and wear-resistant.

The inserts come with a plastic socket and leather protection. The soft-mallet side also includes a solid handle-protection sleeve. It is KWF-certificated. All parts of this splitting maul and soft-face hammer are replaceable. It also comes with a cast-steel housing and hickory wood handle.

This product is the perfect tool for motor manual harvesting, safe and material-friendly driving of steel wedges, splitting of 1-meter logs and felled timber, driving wooden stakes, fence construction, and gardening and landscaping.
