Get more done in a single tool with the Halder SIMPLEX Splitting Axe. This handy tool for professionals features a splitting axe and soft-face mallet in one. The splitting axe blade is drop-forged and hardened, ground and polish. It also includes a solid handle-protection sleeve.

On the other side, this Halder hand tool features a white superplastic insert that is medium hard, durable and wear-resistant. It is also certified by the KWF. All parts of this splitting axe is replaceable.

This product comes with a cast steel housing and a hickory wood handle. It is perfect for gardening and landscaping, fence construction, motor manual harvesting, driving of steel wedges, splitting of 1-meter logs, driving of wooden stakes, and splitting of felled timber with a wedge. It weighs 6 lbs., has a head diameter of 2” (50 mm) and is 30.12" in length.
