The Aervoe Premium 65% Zinc Rich Brite Galvanize Coating is a high-quality galvanized coating formulated to help restore and maintain any ferrous metal surfaces. It utilizes 97-percent pure zinc flake that leaves 65-percent pure zinc in the dry film providing excellent protection against rust and corrosion. It produces bright, metallic finish that is durable and will last for a long period of time.

This restorative galvanizing coat by Aervoe offers excellent adhesion to most surfaces making it suitable for a wide variety of applications in marine, aviation, manufacturing, and other industries. It is fast-drying—dries to touch in just 15 minutes—and has good hide and blending properties. To ensure safe use, it does not contain lead and other ozone depleting substances (ODS). It is also available with low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content for a more environment-friendly choice.

The Aervoe Premium 65% Zinc Rich Brite Galvanize Coating comes in one-gallon or one-quart containers and is supported by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. It maintains good film integrity after 336 hours of salt spray testing meeting the ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) A780-01 specifications. It also complies with USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) Category 21 standards for food contact.
