Portable Ultrasonic Liquid Flow Meter Kit

The PCE Portable Ultrasonic Liquid Flow Meter Kit is a reliable industrial device used by construction and HVAC professionals to accurately measure flow rate and velocity of liquids in metal, plastic, and rubber pipes and tubes. Also known as HVACR tester, this handheld tool uses the transit time difference principle in determining velocity, and is designed to measure homogenous liquids, such as water, oil, gas, and even chemicals used in mining, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or even in the food industry.

High-Quality & Durable: This Flow Meter Kit features heavy-duty and easy-to-use velcro-strap clamps that offer reliable repositioning of the 4 included electroacoustic transducers/sensors. It can easily be assembled and installed, offers no pressure loss and bi-directional measurement, and provides accurate and reliable results every time. Results can be saved on the internal memory of the device (up to 60,000 values), and can be transferred to the computer using the SOFT-PCE-TDS software, which is sold separately.

The following are the flow units that can be measured by this PCE Ultrasonic Flow Meter: Cubic meter [m³], Liter [l], Gallon (USA) [gal], Imperial gallon (UK) [igl], Million USA gallon [mgl], Cubic foot [cf], Barrel (USA) [bal], Imperial barrel (UK) [ib], and Oil barrel [ob]. This Flow meter can measure pipes and tubes with diameter of up to 720mm (28").

Product Options

The PCE Portable Ultrasonic Liquid Flow Meter Kit comes in two variations that differ in their inclusions. Please choose your preference on the options menu above.

The Standard model is battery-operated, has 4 Velcro Straps, and comes with three (3) AAA rechargeable batteries and a charger. The Flow Meter Kit w/ 2-Channel Temperature Data Logger-Thermometer has an additional device (PCE-T 330 model) for temperature measurements, comes with an Evaluation Software to allow calculations of heat quantity and output. It has two (2) Temperature Pipe Contact Sensors, two (2) Velcro Cable ties, and has a power adapter for charging.
