The Turf-Tec Plug Popper Soil Sampler with Foot Peg Ejector allows you to take a  1.5-inch x 4-inch deep plug with its round stainless steel sampling tip. Other than soil sampling for sports applications, landscape turfing, and insect analysis, this probe can also be used in seedling planting and fertilizer tablet applications. 

Coated in zinc, the Turf-Tec Plug Popper is constructed with stainless steel for rust-proof protection, durability, and long life. It features nylon grip handles for a comfortable,slip-free grip while its patented piston design allows a secure closure and easy opening of the soil probe.

Measuring 50 inches in total length, you can take a clean plug with this tool with no bending over. Simply obtain samples with this soil probe by removing the cap and pushing the ejection foot peg down. This soil probe is made in the U.S.A. and backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
