Plastic Double Taper Tree Felling Wedge

The Sherrilltree Plastic Double Taper Felling Wedge is a lightweight, handy tool that is used by arborists and climbers to maintain the opening, slit or kerf, during wood cutting. It is designed to be double tapered, and is made from Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) material, which makes it a strong and reliable wedge, resistant to shrinking when mauled. It is temporarily inserted to the slit, keeps it open, and prevents the cut from pinching back while the saw slices through the wood. With its small dimensions, you can keep it in your pocket or hang it in the harness before and after use.
