What is Pipe Laser 1-Year Maintenance Kit?

The Maintenance Kit Program is Tiger Supplies’ initiative in giving world-class service to ensure the best performance for your pipe laser. It is not an extended warranty but it supplements the manufacturer’s standard warranty and provides extra protection from any unforeseen product defects. This one-year maintenance plan is renewable up to five years from the purchase date and includes the following:

• Free Calibration
• Calibration Certificate
• Free Cleaning
• Free Lubricant (on all moving mechanical internal parts)
• Software and firmware update (if available)

The Pipe Laser 1-year Maintenance Kit provides an easy and efficient solution from potentially high future repair costs. After all, being cautious and prepared can save you the trouble of dealing with a malfunctioned or defective product. Saving time and money is in everybody’s best interest and that is what this program offers.

What Is Covered?

Tiger Supplies takes no rental charge during the maintenance period. We also strive to provide a like kind and quality loaner within 24-48 hours. However, please note that product failure due to abuse or misuse is never covered under any program or warranty. Any repairs under warranty are processed through the normal warranty procedures, while all non-warranty repairs are invoiced to the customer at normal rates.

What is the Shipping Cost?

The shipping cost of the pipe laser to be repaired, and any no charge loaners, to and from Tiger Supplies is the customer’s responsibility.
