PFI-104M Magenta Ink Tank

Everything I have purchased from Tiger supplies has been great prices and quality products!

Order #67592. Lose order, sent to wrong COUNTRY, and charge for product not shipped! Had to follow up after 12 days to see where order was. Then they shipped to totally wrong address resulting in significant additional charges.

Our company has been purchasing Canon ink cartridges from Tiger Supply for over a year. We spend approx. $450 to $500 a month. The last two orders have been a problem. One order was ""lost"" on the loading dock and took several calls to get it corrected. The most recent order said it was shipped ""complete""! When it arrived we were missing the Magenta color. I called and was told that it was on order and would ship in two weeks. I called in two weeks and was told it was shipping the next day. After a week, I called again and was told it would be another week before it would be available to ship. And, we were billed for the two cartridges that we still do not have after almost 4 weeks. Maybe we are not the biggest customer, but the courtesy of a phone call or e-mail informing us of the out of stock item would/should have taken place. We had to purchase a Magenta cartridge elsewhere to get us through until this order arrives. I am leery of using you in the future regardless of your excellent prices. Price isn't any good if you can't get the item when you need it.

I purchased this product three weeks ago and have not yet received it. No word from the company, so I called them. I talked with a very pleasant person who said they had not yet received the product from there supplier, she said she would call back to let me know the status of my order. she has not yet called back. My large format printer will not function with out this ink module. I know, I should have been proactive on my reorder protocol and not wait until the last minute, I kick myself for doing that. stupid. But I did not figure on such a long delay with literally no feedback from the company, I feel they should have listed the item as ""out of stock"" when I ordered. so I wait. I can not recommend this company to a friend. To be fair my first dealings with this company was prompt, so I ordered from them again. not so sure I will in the future. Also I had to rate the product for this review to post which is difficult as I have yet to receive it, non the less the last product I received from this company was of good value and good quality just as described on the web site. I can only assume the same for the product I am waiting for now.
