Ogre 1/2" 12-Strand Climbing Rope

The Notch Ogre 1/2" Climbing Rope is a 12-strand 100% polyester rope used for climbing or even light rigging applications. It is preferred by climbers for SRT tree climbing, among other 12-strand ropes because of its heavy duty-parallel core that other ropes are lacking.

High-Quality & Durable Design: The Notch Ogre is designed as a strong and durable single braid rope which can easily be knotted while maintaining its shape and flexibility for multi-purpose usage. Its diameter is about 1/2" (12.7mm), thick enough to grip perfectly into your hands to have a comfortable experience while in use. The rope of such a diameter fits perfectly into the belay device, making your climbing much safer.

Heavy-Duty Features: The Notch Ogre Rope has a value of 6,700 lbs (29.8 kN) for its tensile strength & has a working load limit of 670 lbs (2.9 kN), which indicates that the rope could take multiple falls and can be used for heavy loads. It has a highly visible orange color which can easily be seen in any space be it woods, mountains, or even in thick forest canopies.
