The Aervoe MoldMates Lecithin Mold Release (2-Pack) is an industrial-grade mold release product formulated to provide quick and clean release for thermosets and thermoplastics. It is also safe for use on a wide array of materials such as polyethylene, polystyrene, urethane, epoxy resins, and most plastics making it a perfect choice for industrial use in manufacturing facilities.

This mold release agent by Aervoe offers a non-chlorinated and non-silicone formulation. It contains lecithin which is certified “Generally Regarded as Safe” (GRAS) by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It is safe to use and allows post-finishing operations including painting, adhesive bonding, heat sealing, hot stamping, or laminating. It works effectively at temperature as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees Celsius).

The Aervoe MoldMates Lecithin Mold Release (2-Pack) is packed in a one-gallon screw top can to fit most spray guns. It can be easily applied using a clean sprayer. Sold by case, it includes two cans of clear, non-foaming liquid and a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note that it is not for use on electrical equipment or machinery while in operation.
