The Aervoe MoldMates Lecithin Aerosol Mold Release (12-Pack) is a versatile non-silicone and non-chlorinated mold release agent. It is formulated for clean and quick release of thermosets and thermoplastics. It will not interfere with post-finishing operations and allows painting, adhesive bonding, heat sealing, hot stamping, or laminating.

This mold release product by Aervoe utilizes lecithin which is classified by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as “Generally Regarded as Safe” (GRAS). It can be safely applied on a wide variety of materials including polyethylene, polystyrene, urethane, epoxy resins, and most plastics. Ideal for industrial applications in manufacturing facilities, it can withstand high temperature up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees Celsius).

The Aervoe MoldMates Lecithin Aerosol Mold Release (12-Pack) comes in an easy-to-use, 20-ounce spray can to ensure hassle-free and accurate application.
