    I would not buy if returning an item is so difficult

    Bought this item and have been trying to contact company to return for over a week and know one call back. I already bought the correct one from Tiger Supply as well so now I have 2 with one I don't need.

    Great product but need better shipping

    Product works great and came as described. Only problem we had is I ordered 2 and only 1 came. I didn't know about the backorder until I opened the box. Still waiting for the second one to show up.
