MD II+ Caliper

The Haglof MD II Caliper is used to collect and store tree diameters, species, heights and lengths. Because it comes with Bluetooth technology, the collected data can be communicated directly in the field via Bluetooth and IR or in the office with USB. It also works with PCs, handhelds, smartphones and tablets wirelessly or via an app.

Also known as the Haglof Mantax Digitech II, this caliper hybrid features an icon-based menu system that allows professionals to name up to 100 different tree species. It has a measuring range of 500mm/18” to 1000mm/36” (standard). The large internal memory stores thousands of memory results and stored data is saved in an XML format that can be retrieved using the computer or wirelessly shared via email, Google Drive, Dropbox, and more.

Built tough, this modern electronic diameter device is resistant to dust, shock, vibration, low and high temperatures, low pressure and extreme environment conditions. It comes with rechargeable, long-lasting battery for efficient work without having to constantly recharge. This device is also equipped with Haglof’s patented foldable jaws for easy transport and storage.
