The Notch Lowering Rigging Kit is a reliable and efficient set of equipment used by tree professionals for effective tree rigging procedures. This Notch Kit features a high-quality Portawrap device, a lowering block, rigging slings, and a working rope, making it a complete and versatile set for long-term use.

The Lowering Rigging Kit comes with the Notch Large Portawrap Friction Device that is used as an anchor point for rigging wood and logs. It has a 2,000-lb capacity that allows you to safely work with the biggest of lumber. This kit also features the CMI Steel Arborist Block, with a tensile strength of 40,000 lbs. (177kN), that helps in the effective attachment of rigging slings.

Numerous slings are featured in this Notch Kit, such as the Tenex 3/4" D Whoopie Sling which can be adjusted from 4' to 12' length, a 16' Eye Sling, and a Tenex 5/8" D Loopie Sling which has a 2' to 6' range of length. Each of these slings are constructed with reliable materials, and help in securing an object prior to lifting. The kit also comes with a 5/8" D x 150' L Stable Braid Rigging Rope, which is abrasion-resistant, has great knot holding capability, and with firm and round construction, making it a versatile and durable product that works well in blocks, crotches, and hardware.
