The Mutual Industries Inlet Cover is a versatile and reusable erosion control device designed to reduce the amount of silt and debris entering stormwater inlets. Ideal for use in construction, excavation, or remediation sites, it has a low profile that will not impede vehicles or pedestrians. It also complies with the PA DOT Class 1 state conservation regulations.

This inlet cover by Mutual Industries features a 2’W x 4’L internal frame constructed of 14-gauge galvanized wire. It includes two layers of non-woven polypropylene filter geotextile that are sewn together with polymeric threads. This filtering system allows the water to pass through while trapping the sediment deposits to keep them from contaminating the drainage system. The accumulated contaminations can be removed easily with brush or water pressure.

The Mutual Industries Inlet Cover offers superior durability that can withstand traffic, adverse weather, and temperature fluctuations. It also provides up to 70-percent UV resistance. Equipped with brass grommets, it ensures quick and hassle-free installations.

Maybe if I ever get it

Tiger does not really have this product in stock. I ordered one two weeks ago because they said they did and they would ship it in 4 business days. When they didn't ship it I called and was told they are back ordered and that the estimated ship is November 16!. Now they are saying they can ship one in 10 days on their web site but if that were true then why did they tell me 11/16? If you order one don't expect it for a couple of months regardless of what they say. Their inaccurate advertising is disappointing.
