Heavy Duty Single Infiltration Ring

Measuring 20 inches high with a 12-inch diameter, the Turf-Tec Heavy Duty Single Infiltration Ring is designed for infiltration testing areas that do not need a double-ring infiltrometer to fulfill local or state test standards. The infiltrometer comes with a brass port for an optional attachment of a Mariotte tube, which prolongs the period of testing and maintains a constant head of water in the rings.

Topped with a 0.25-inch thick reinforced steel edge, the single ring infiltrometer drives into hard soil with its heavy-duty galvanized steel construction. To start testing, you can place an optional 0.5-inch thick steel-driving plate on top of the device and force it downward. Filling the ring with water determines the amount of time it takes to go into the soil.
