The Notch Hard-Coated Triple Hole Rigging Thimble is a great and durable tool used by arborists as an anchor, redirect, or rigging point for multiple ropes during rigging applications. This new configuration is easily spliced into a sling, and allows adding friction at the rigging point when using one hole, or reduces friction by utilizing two to three holes simultaneously. When using multiple holes, force can be minimized on the rigging point, making it easier to control the load.
This triple hole thimble is made of milled aluminum, which is hard-coat anodized & polished for durability, and has dimensions of 5.625" x 5.375" x 1.375". It has a deeper rope groove compared to other rigging thimbles to have a safe and secure anchoring, has a tensile strength of 14,612 lbs. (65 kN) and can accommodate a range of 1/2" D to 3/4" D sling ropes. Notch Equipment offers a lifetime warranty for their products.
