The T&T Hammer Probe with Rod and ½-inch Tip is fashioned with an integrated slide hammer that makes driving this probe into the hardest ground easy. More effective than striking a probe with a maul, this hammer probe has a sliding head which has been specifically designed to minimize the number of pinch points, reducing the risk of injuries.

Designed with comfortable 16-inch handles that are made from 1-inch diameter steel tubing, this probe allows ample room for the hands. These dual handles provide greater control and improved ergonomics. All internal pieces of the head assembly are manufactured from high strength impact resistant tool steel. Plus, this steel is designed for minimal distortion, ensuring a long lasting probe.

In addition, the tips of this hammer probe are heat treated alloy steel and possessed a small clearance hole for the ½-inch shafts. The Hammer is powder coated a bright blue for high visibility and a long lasting finish.
