The TPI Gable Mount Attic Ventilator Fan is an electric-powered fan that is commonly used to control heat and prevent moisture build-up inside the attic. This partially-assembled ventilator is very easy to install and operates on a single-phase, 120-volt motor.

The TPI gable mount attic fan features an automatically adjustable thermostat that regulates temperature between 90° to 130° Fahrenheit. Also, it offers a 1,300 cubic feet per minute speed that can cover an average attic size of 2,000 square feet. As an extra feature, this TPI gable exhaust attic fan includes four mounting tabs on 16-inch centers.
