The Picard Flat Scraper is a forging tool designed to make work easy for professionals such as slaters and roofers. It is 5.5”(140 mm) in length and 5.5 lbs (2, 500 g) in weight. Designed by a German company, it features a forged steel construction with a long blade.

This Picard hand tool also comes with a 25 mm prism with 5 mm bore hold. In addition, it bores 15 mm deep. This product includes a 1-year manufacturer defect warranty.
