This winter liner by Mutual Industries has no metal parts, making it dielectric to prevent conduction of electric current when used in construction sites, surveying fields, or industrial facilities. Equipped with three loop straps and adjustable Velcro closure, it fits securely and comfortably to withstand extreme cold. It comes in Blue color.
