The Turf-Tec Digital Pocket Soil Thermometer is a portable folding probe used for quick temperature readings. This device helps in controlling the pre-emergence of weeds and diagnosing wet wilt and dry spots. It offers a dual temperature range of up to -58 to 572°F (-50 to +300°C) and features a display resolution of 0.1° to 19.9 ~ +199.9°.

Equipped with a 3.5-inch stainless steel probe, the Turf-Tec digital pocket thermometer takes soil temperatures from 1” to 3.5” deep. With its large and easy to read display, you can immediately assess the temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius by simply pressing a button. The maximum and minimum temperature can also be read with a separate switch.

Rugged and durable, this Turf-Tec pocket-sized dual reading thermometer has a closed length of 4.5 inches when folded to protect the probe. It features a built-in magnetic mount and automatically powers off after one hour to prolong battery life.
