Clegg Impact Tester with Bluetooth

The Turf-Tec Clegg Impact Tester with Bluetooth is a professional instrument used to determine the hardness of all field types. Different tester models are used to analyze natural and artificial turf fields, playgrounds, horse tracks, and other athletic fields.

Conforming to ASTM test procedures, the Turf-Tec Clegg Impact Tester measures the deceleration of a free-falling hammer from a set height onto a surface with an impact producing an electrical pulse. This pulse is then converted and displayed on the control unit in gravities and tens of gravities (Gmax and CIT). Equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, the readings are recorded in the app, including the date, time and GPS coordinates. This data can be emailed, shared with a tablet, or converted to an Excel spreadsheet for comprehensive monitoring and analysis. 

The Turf-Tec Clegg impact tester set comes with a level, charger, cables, and android compatible tablet for displaying readings and sending saved data to a computer. It has a 12-hour battery life and tests can be performed in less than 30 seconds with minimal training. Made in the USA, it is easy to use and provides years of service. It is also covered with a 1-year limited warranty for peace of mind.
