Clamp-On Transducer for C6 Doppler Ultrasonic Flow Meter

The Clamp-On Transducer for Compu-Flow C6 Doppler Ultrasonic Flow Meter is a non-intrusive transducer that allows installation without shutting down the flow. Ideal for smooth, non-porous pipes, it is commonly mounted to the outer pipe wall with greaser, sonic gel, or epoxy. Gear clamps, nylon belts, bungee, or steel chain can also be used to secure it tightly to the pipe.

This Compu-Flow clamp-on transducer collects data through pipes with internal diameter ranging from one inch up to 999 inches. By using sonic reflectors present in the liquid, such as particles and air bubbles, it transmits data to Compu-Flow C6 Doppler Ultrasonic Flow Meter to determine flow rate. It needs a minimum particle concentration of 35 parts per million at 40 microns.

To provide maximum precision, the Clamp-On Transducer for Compu-Flow C6 Doppler Ultrasonic Flow Meter requires adequate straight run of 20 diameters upstream and ten diameters downstream. It measures 4.85”L x 1.33”W x 1.35”D and is supplied with a 25-foot long cable. Featuring a NEMA 6-rated, nylon housing with IP68 water rating, it is durable and fully water-submersible.
