Featuring Nikon’s world-renowned optics, the Nikon AP-8 28X Automatic Level provides bight and crisp images with 28x magnification. The superior optics offer more detail and less distortion which is easier on the eyes, making long workdays more comfortable and less stressful. With ±1.5 mm accuracy and a 360-degree horizontal circle, the AP-8 auto level delivers smooth and precise pointing and angular measurement.

The Nikon AP-8 automatic level is equipped with a magnetic-dampened automatic compensator with a range of ±16 arc minutes to accurately level the line of sight. It also has a friction brake that eliminates the need for horizontal alignment clamps and allows for rapid rotation. This Nikon auto level offers a minimum focusing distance of 2.46 feet that is ideal for tight spots. Plus, the detachable eyepiece lens enables surveyors to use an optional diagonal eyepiece for working in extremely close or steep slopes.

Compact and lightweight, the Nikon AP-8 is ideal to use in job site leveling, cut and fill measurement, surveying, and checking. It also has a rugged metal housing which makes this surveying equipment resistant to rain, extreme temperatures, dust, and vibration.
