Acid Suit Jacket with Hood Snaps

This jacket gives you the most protection of the covered area. The J41248 is flame*, chemical, and mildew resistant. It's also designed with non-penetrable seams making it waterproof as well.

Protection

The effect of PVC on polyester, along with a heavy exterior coating, provides protection from chemicals, acids, oils, alcohols, salts, and alkalies, and is mildew resistant. Additionally, the combination acts as a flame retardant. Within less than 2 minutes after removing the source of the fire, a fire will suffocate and extinguish on its own.

Design

Coming in a vast range of sizes (S-5XL) this rugged jacket is durable, yet supple, so it's easy to wear for extended time periods. The sleeves are tapered along with elastic inner cuffs to afford greater arm protection. Additionally, there are snaps along the neck to allow for an optional hood.

This jacket has a high collar with a hook and loop closure for added protection to the neck area against splashes and drips. To the same end, in addition to the outer coating, there is a thinner coating on the inside of the jacket that helps protect the fabric from chemical damage and keeps your clothes clean.

Available in a convenient, easy-to-identify green color.
