Acculine Throw Line

The Notch Acculine Throw Line helps set up a climbing line into a tree remotely. Installing your climbing line and friction saver in a tree starts with a good throw line and it is also a very helpful tool for removing hanging branches from the ground.

High-Strength and Durable: Lightweight, low-stretch throw line with excellent flight properties. With a particularly tear-resistant design, it has a smooth surface for easy gliding. Thanks to coiled winding, it has reduced the tendency to tangle. Made from Dyneema material, this throw line has a tensile strength of up to 2.8kN (650lbs). 

The Notch Throw Line has a sheath for added toughness and abrasion resistance over its core. This construction helps it stay nice and round and glide through the tree easily. This throw line is very light, so you don't need a very heavy throw weight. The throw cord is just the right blend between flexible and stiff for a cord that throws easily right out of the bag or cube and resists knotting and tangling. The throw line is tightly braided to reduce snagging.

Multiple Uses: The Notch Acculine throwline can be used to pull back trees and other vegetation to allow space to work and drop trees. Brush and smaller trees can be gathered and tied back with a throwline to allow room for tree care operations in tight spaces. It is also helpful as a secondary line to assist climbers and lift operators working aloft.
