The Indian Gallon Poly Backpack Firefighting Pump is a durable and reliable firefighting pump that helps firefighters put out small forest and brush fires quickly. The sturdy poly backpack will not dent and is completely corrosion- and UV-resistant. The all-brass pump is durable and is made for long-term use.

Durable tank. This sturdy poly tank is weather-, shock-, and rust-proof with a solid black base without drill holes to avoid leaks. The tank has a large 4” opening for easy filling and a leak-proof ventilated cap with a watertight gasket. It has a carry handle that also serves as storage for the pump.

Reliable pump. The USFS-approved Indian pump is made from two seamless brass cylinders with guide bushing on the inner cylinder to ensure a bind-free operation for years. The pump has a combination nozzle that lets you switch between a straight stream and a cone spray quickly and easily without the need for any special tools. This pump is primed for use in just 2 pumps so you can get to work ASAP, and it’s easy to move around with the 52” oil-resistant hose.

Comfortable design. Wildland firefighters are often subject to extreme fatigue on the field. The Indian Poly Backpack is equipped with a lumbar support brace that holds the tank away from the back and transfers the weight from the shoulders to the hips, effectively reducing fatigue. An added waist belt and padded shoulder straps provide extra comfort.

FER 501 Fedco Poly Tank has a standard all brass pump (FP100) which you can depend on for long-term use. FER 500 Indian Poly Tank has FP200 pump, made form 2 seamless brass cylinder, with guide bushing on inner cylinder, to ensure bind-free operation.
