It can also be used as a decorative rope, dock or bridge railing, rope fencing, landscape, or climbing rope. Manila rope or hemp is one of the strongest natural fibers with low stretch and high abrasion resistance. 

Notable features. Manila hemp combines good elasticity, flexibility, and exceptional strength in one package. When wet, it gains up to 120 percent break strength and elongates at 10 to 12 percent. Polypropylene is also resistant to rotting, UV rays, and abrasion, making it a versatile line for any arborist work. It also features a suitable temperature working limit of around -100 to 300. As a natural fiber, its composites can be recycled or decomposed naturally.
