The TPI 188 Series Milk-House Style Fan-Forced Portable Heater is a multi-purpose heater that is suitable for area heating, spot heating, and freeze-protection applications. Offering a single-phase power, this TPI portable heater has a fast start-up and quiet operation. It is rated at 120 volts and produces up to 5,120 British thermal units (BTU). It also yields a current of 12.5 or 10.8 amps.

The TPI Milk-House fan-forced heater features two-heat settings - 1,300 watts or 1,500 watts and a fan only operation for desired comfort and warmth. Also, it comes with a tip-over switch, automatic reset type limit with a thermal cut-off device for additional safety. The 188 Series heater includes a temperature control thermostat to effectively control warmth.

The TPI 188 Series portable heater is lightweight at nine pounds and has dimensions of 10” W x 16” H x 9.5” D. It comes with a six-foot-long three-conductor cord that is compatible with many standard circuits. In addition, 188 Series is approved by cETLus standards.
