The Amerex 720 10 lbs High Flow ABC Dry Chemical Fire Extinguisher (1A:20B:C) is a stored-pressure extinguisher recommended for commercial and industrial areas with high amounts of pressurized flammable liquids/gas and three-dimensional fire hazards. With a discharge rate of 1.22 seconds, the Amerex 720 exceeds the required discharge rate of 1-lb/second set by the NFPA 10. This ensures a reliable performance when fighting dangerous Class B fires. High Flow extinguishers are recommended to be installed in gas/fuel stations, construction sites, propane filling and storage locations, hazardous material cabinets, marine terminals, salvage and recycling facilities, and warehouse and storage facilities. 

Effectively stops flowing or pressurized fuel. The fast flow rate of the Amerex 720 makes it effective in stopping three-dimensional, pressurized, gravity-fed, and obstacle fuel fires. The higher discharge rate (compared to standard fire extinguishers) allows it to apply a greater volume of the dry chemical agent to the fire more quickly, providing an increased firefighting capability. Being an ABC fire extinguisher, the 720 can also be safely used against fires involving ordinary combustibles like wood, cloth, and paper (Class A) and electrical equipment (Class C).
