The Pacific Crest XDL Rover 2 Radio Kit is a lightweight, ruggedized ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) receiver offering 403-473 MHz frequency and over 70 MHz bandwidth coverage in either 12.5 or 25 kHz channels. This sophisticated receiver offers advanced data link design for high performance over the entire band. It utilizes Pacific Crest's latest generation XDL modem technology while remaining compatible with existing Pacific Crest radios and other products.
The XDL Rover 2 is equipped with Bluetooth wireless communication which allows users to configure the receiver using a Bluetooth-equipped computer or an Android device. Serial communications are also available through the standard LEMO port. With high over-the-air link rate, the Rover 2 supports 1Hz RTK corrections for multi-GNSS receivers. Using the latest modem technology from the leader in radio frequency data communications instantly puts your products in touch with the world’s largest installed base of GNSS precise positioning systems.
The Rover 2 by Pacific Crest boasts high environmental capabilities with an IP rating of 67 ideal for indoor and outdoor use. Featuring waterproof design, high vibration tolerance, and wide temperature range, it has a pocket-sized design for ultimate portability. Lastly, the Rover 2 comes with a rechargeable battery which powers the receiver up to 14 hours, charger, a standard programming cable, and a 1-year limited warranty.
