The Weatherhawk WindMate Handheld Wind Meter is an excellent weather monitor that is used for forestry, agriculture, emergency management, and other industries. It includes a visual wind vane that ensures the correct alignment and orientation to the wind axis. This hand-held meter has a wind speed accuracy of better than ±3% for optimal performance.
The WindMate meter measures and displays the current and maximum wind speed readings with great precision. It also offers an optional wind tunnel for added accuracy. This portable wind meter consists of Swiss-made impeller components which calibrate undisturbed air flow.
For long range shooting, the Weatherhawk WindMate meter can be mounted on a tripod for a better calibration experience. As an additional feature, this handheld wind meter is water resistant and can float on water. Plus, it can take the SM-WT wind tunnel accessory for obtaining precise wind measurements.
