The Weatherhawk SM Series Wind Meter is a robust hand-held wind meter that is designed for agriculture and forestry applications. Offering a wind speed accuracy of better than ±3%, it is able to measure wind speed, temperature, and wind chill. This wind meter also displays current, maximum and average wind speed to indicate the status of the device.
This SM Series wind meter features a jackknife case design that allows more accurate wind speed and temperature calibrations. For added precision, it can be used with the optional SM-WT wind tunnel or an optional tripod mounting accessories for a better calibration performance. It comes with a data lock feature to protect the information gathered by forestry and agriculture professionals.
The Weatherhawk SM Series uses one Lithium CR2032 battery that powers this weather monitor up to 400 hours and is a great companion for a whole day job. As an additional feature, the SM Series anemometer is water resistant and floats on water.
